Calculating Soul Connections promotes the idea that a chakra model and the life force promote a better understanding of ourselves in many areas of study.

With chakras we can better understand how we relate to other people. Many seemingly contradictory theories of psychology, psychiatry, and sociology become more compatible when viewed in a chakra framework. Healing through energy work gains a more understandable theory to explain how the therapy works. Martial arts practitioners can use the chakras to enhance their practice.
